Welcome to Middletons Holiday Park. By making a booking with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before finalizing your reservation.
Bookings & Payments
- All bookings must be made through our official website or approved booking channels.
- The person making the booking must be 18 years or older and is responsible for the booking.
- Guests must ensure that the correct number of people and camping units are entered when making a booking.
- The maximum number of people permitted on a pitch must not be exceeded.
Payment
- Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
- Prices are based on the pitch plus the number of guests staying.
- Prices are subject to change until a booking has been confirmed.
Cancellations
- Cancellations made 48 hours to the arrival date may not be eligible for a refund.
- No refunds will be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or no-shows.
Arrival & Departure
- Check-in is available from 11am.
- Pitches must be vacated by the check-out time on the day of departure.
- Early arrivals or late departures may not always be possible.
Pitching & Camping Units
- Pitches are available for tents, touring caravans, campervans, and motorhomes only.
- All tents, awnings, and equipment must fit comfortably within the allocated pitch space.
- Only one main camping unit per pitch is permitted unless agreed in advance.
Guests & Visitors
- Only guests included in the booking are permitted to stay overnight.
- Any additional guests must be declared at the time of booking or prior to arrival.
- Visitors may be subject to additional charges.
Vehicles
- Vehicles must be parked within the allocated pitch area where possible.
- The park reserves the right to restrict the number of vehicles per pitch.
Noise & Behaviour
- Guests are asked to respect other visitors and keep noise to a minimum.
- Quiet hours apply during the late evening and overnight period.
- Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave if behaviour is disruptive or inappropriate.
Pets
- Pet friendly park – dogs are welcome.
- Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
Fires & BBQs
- Open fires are not permitted on the park.
- BBQs may be used if they are raised off the ground and used safely.
Facilities
- Shared facilities must be used respectfully and kept clean for other guests.
- Any damage to facilities must be reported to management.
Liability
- The park accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal property or vehicles.
- Guests are responsible for their own equipment and belongings.
Right to Refuse Admission
- Management reserves the right to refuse entry or ask guests to leave if park rules are not followed.
Safety
- Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
- Guests must follow all site safety instructions while staying at the park.
